We handle aspects of Family Law, striving to assist people in understanding that mediation and/or collaborative negotiation is the best method of resolving your issues. By working to assist parties in avoiding litigation, and yet resolving matters fairly and with due consideration to all issues, we feel we best serve our client's needs. We handle custody and visitation issues, child and spousal negotiation services as a primary focus of our practice due to a firm belief that family law matters do not belong in the courtroom. However, if necessary in your action, we provide litigation services as well. We acknowledge that this may be the only time many of you will have a need to use the services of an attorney or the court processes, and we are here to assist you in making the process as painless, and economically feasible as possible.
