We offer all levels of services: You may hire Terri for “full-service”, which will mean she will handle all aspects of your case with your input, after discussion of your rights and obligations, in accordance with your wishes.  This requires a full retainer (estimated based on the complexity of the issues in your matter.)

OR,

You may wish to represent yourself, but hire Terri to review your own documents or a prepared agreement, to advise you as to your rights and obligations.  (This may be useful to you when you have agreed in concept on all aspects of your dissolution, but just wish to “check out” to be sure you are protecting yourself and have considered all issues where your spouse has hired someone to prepare the necessary documents.)  It may be useful in a review of a Marital Settlement Agreement or Judgment.  Handled on an hourly basis, pay as you go and only for whatever you need.

OR,

Terri works in conjunction with two accomplished paralegals, Debbie and Marilyn.  You may hire Terri, with the intent of utilizing Debbie or Marilyn’s services - they can draft documents for you while you represent yourself, and can assist you in knowing what forms to file, what form a certain document should take, and generally assist you with your process, whether a modification, paternity/custody, or full dissolution action.  Any documents prepared by her paralegals would be fully reviewed by Terri.  This would be charged at the paralegal’s hourly rate of $145.00 per hour, with a charge for Terri’s time to review, at her hourly rate.  As her paralegals are so well- informed and capable, this should substantially reduce your cost, with the comfort of knowing you have had an attorney review your documents. 

PLEASE NOTE: Debbie and Marilyn  are unable to give you independent legal advice,  but will consult with Terri and be able to answer many questions for you concerning your matter.  

OR,

You may wish to have her review your current orders to determine whether a modification would be appropriate.  This would be handled on an hourly basis, pay for only what you need, and pay- as-you-go.
